New Windows operating system!
I couldn't help it. I stumbled upon this while searching for the supposed new operating system that Microsoft is developing, after hearing a rumor from a co-worker. I just thought I would take the time to share it with my fellow bloggers and readers.

Glitches on Voting Day!?
This can't be good. Why is there ALWAYS some kind of controversy about Election Day? I understand programming machines and software isn't all that easy, but when you do it for a career, you would think you would be good at it? Right? Maybe? Give me a break people. You can't honestly sit there and tell me that it's not possible to make a voting machine/software that doesn't have glitches and loopholes for cheating.
We've been doing this for how long now? Time to get this stuff organized. Anybody willing to take bets on there being some kind of scandal being related to this election? Something will either end up miscounted, or somebody is going to get caught cheating. Either what way... I'm not looking forward to November 4th. It's going to be a nightmare. Traktor Pro & Traktor Scratch Pro
Leave it to Native Instruments to bring forth yet another advancement in the DDJ (Digital DJ) industry! Up and coming November 1st, 2008 is new software that has been so properly titled; Traktor Pro, and Traktor Scratch Pro. After viewing some of the screenshots for this new software, I personally was quite impressed. However, I reverted back to that good ol' fashioned motto, "Never judge a book by its cover!" That being said, I suppose I have to wait until November 1st to get my hands on this new "update" (as NI so nicely calls it). The details on this new software? Oh, well those can be found at:

Rumor has it, and I say rumor as we have yet to see screenshots, that a few people in the Europe/UK region have already gotten their grubby hands on copies of the software, due to distributor irresponsibility. The reviews that have come back from them have been pretty positive. Of course a few "gripes" and "whines" here and there, and as always...the infamous "noob" questions about features.
For the next 3 days, I sit and wait. Pondering what the new software will be like. The greatest part I already love about it? Those of us fortunate enough to own both Traktor 3 and Traktor Scratch, well...we get the new software for free. Sorry to those of you who only bought one or the other, or neither for that matter!
